Police Are Searching A Public Gardens In Rochester After Man Has Been Arrested Suspicion Of Rape

Kent Police officers are searching The Vines in Rochester as part of an ongoing rape investigation. The offence is reported to have been committed against a woman during the early hours of Sunday 15 May 2022 and specialist officers are providing her with ongoing support. A 21-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of rape and he remains in custody as enquiries continue.
