Surrey Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to regarding a concern for safety in Walton-on-Thames on Thursday, 2 November. Police were alerted around 8pm after receiving reports that a person, believed to be a woman or girl, had been placed into a silver car on First Avenue. The car, described as a silver Volkswagen Polo, then drove off towards Garden Road. The circumstances surrounding the incident are not clear, and authorities are working to establish the exact details.
Detective Inspector Adam Ramiz stated, “We are eager to identify the man in this CCTV image, as we believe he may be able to assist with our ongoing investigation. Although the image quality is not the best, we urge anyone who recognises him to please contact us. We also encourage anyone with any information related to this incident to get in touch, so that we can ensure the safety of the woman involved.”
