Appeal After Man Exposes Himself to Woman and Child in Happy Valley, Near Tunbridge Wells
Kent Police have launched an investigation after a man exposed himself in front of a woman and her child in a wooded area near Rusthall, close to Tunbridge Wells.
The indecent exposure occurred at around 2.05pm on Thursday, 24 July, in a location near St Paul’s Church and the A264 Langton Road, in the Happy Valley woodland.
The suspect, described as white, of slim build, and possibly in his 40s, was seen with his trousers removed. He was wearing a black t-shirt and a light-coloured baseball cap.
CCTV Appeal for Local Footage
Police are urging residents in nearby streets to check CCTV, doorbell footage, or dash cams that may have captured the suspect before or after the incident. Areas of particular interest include:

Detective Inspector Chris Mayers said:
“This was a deeply distressing incident for the victim and her young child, and we are treating it with the utmost seriousness.
We are appealing to anyone who may have seen a man acting suspiciously in the area to come forward.
This includes asking residents to check any camera footage which may show the route he took.
