MURDER ARRESTS Two Men Arrested Over Walsall Murder

West Midlands Police have arrested two men on suspicion of murder following the death of a 55-year-old man in Walsall.

Man Found with Head Injuries

The victim was discovered with serious head injuries on Wednesbury Road in the early hours of Saturday, 11 October. He was rushed to hospital and treated but after returning home, he fell ill again last Thursday (16 October).

He was taken back to the hospital, where he tragically died later that same evening. The cause of death is still being investigated, but police believe the man was assaulted on 11 October.

Police Launch Murder Investigation

Two suspects, aged 18 and 28, were arrested this morning and remain in custody as inquiries continue.

Detectives are urging anyone who was in the Wednesbury Road area at the time or who has CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
