Fire crew called to collision on Newport

A fire crew from Newport have been called to make safe a fuel spillage on Sandy Lane in Newport. The crew were mobilsed just after 4.40pm on Wednesday. Crews used a hose reel and granulated stone to make the road surface safe. The road remains open and is passable following the collision. Those involved have escaped without injury
