Police were called shortly after 5 p.m. after reports of an assault on a 21-year-old man.
He was taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital, where his injuries are thought to be life-changing but not life-threatening.
At this time, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident, but our investigations are ongoing.
