Chelsea is 16-years-old and was last seen in Carlisle yesterday (29th May).

Chelsea is described as 5’10” tall and of slim build. She was last seen wearing a black vest top, blue jeans with rips in.

Police are concerned for Chelsea’s welfare and ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts contacts police immediately on 101. Please quote reference number 299 of the 28th May.

Police would also appeal to Chelsea, if she sees this appeal to contact police directly on 101, to let them know she is safe and well.
