Kenneth was last seen around 6 a.m. this morning (1 June) in a car park near Market Square in Yarmouth.
He also goes by the name Tony and is well-known in the neighbourhood.
We and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his well-being and are now requesting that members of the public report any sightings of Kenneth to us.
He has white skin, a slim build, and slightly grey curly hair. Kenneth was recently spotted wearing blue jeans, a white check shirt, and a blue jacket.
