Southend man charged with Possession of an offensive weapon, Theft Shoplifting and Possession of class A drugs.
A man who was detained an arrested on Southend High Street on Friday was found in possession of five knives. Southend BID Rangers and Community Safety Officers helped Southend Police Officers to stop the offender, along with assistance from an off duty Police officer.
The man who arrested and has now been charged and remanded to appear before a court later The CPS agreed charges for Possession of an offensive weapon, Theft Shoplifting and Possession of class A drugs.
